Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all lip products are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved cases may receive a replacement at our discretion.

Kissed By Muah (KBM) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
